A General Consultation consists of a 15-minute video call with one of our doctors.
Before the consultation, you will complete a questionnaire regarding your health history, current symptoms and medication. We encourage you to answer all the questions to the best of your knowledge, bearing in mind that the doctor relies on your answers to create the best possible treatment plan for you.
You can expect to leave the consultation with all the required medical documentation the doctor sees fit to issue.

Diagnosis Counselling is a bespoke service that Beet Online offers and is rooted in the essence of our values. We believe all patients should be treated with compassion and receive a comprehensive breakdown of their diagnosis.
Unfortunately, Irish doctors are under immense pressure, and time constraints limit the length of consultations. This sometimes leads to a misunderstood diagnosis and can cause frustration and unnecessary stress to patients.
With Diagnosis Counselling, we aim to inform and educate patients in relation to the diagnosis they received.
Please note that this is not a consultation and our doctors will not re-diagnose, analyse your symptoms or change your medication. The goal is to inform patients about a diagnosis made by another medical practitioner and provide understanding to patients.
