Beet Online is a modern telemedicine service based in Ireland. We offer fast, secure video consultations with Irish-registered doctors from the comfort of your home. No waiting rooms, no hassle.

All our doctors are fully licensed and registered with the Irish Medical Council. They have experience in general practice, telehealth and urgent care.

We can help with a wide range of everyday health concerns, including, but not limited to:
Upper and lower respiratory tract infections
UTIs, STIs, thrush
Skin issues (acne, rashes, eczema)
Mental health (anxiety, low mood, stress)
Travel advice
Medication Scripts
Sick notes & medical certs
Men’s and women’s health issues
Note: We do not treat emergencies. Always call 112 or go to A&E in a crisis.
Booking & Using the Service

Simply go to beetonline.ie and click on “Book an Appointment”. Answer the questionnaire and pick a time that suits you.

Just a smartphone, tablet, or computer with a stable internet connection and a camera. No app needed, it all works through your browser.

Yes, as long as you're in Ireland during your consultation.
Medical Certs & Scripts

Yes - If medically appropriate. Pharmacy orders are sent electronically to your chosen pharmacy throught HSE approved channels. eg. Healthmail

Yes, our doctors can provide medical certs if clinically appropriate.
Payment & Costs

A basic consultation is €39. We do offer other services at different prices. Refer to our website for more details.

Unfortunately, not at this time. Beet Online Healthcare is a private service.

Secure payment is made online using a credit/debit card or Apple Pay/Google Pay & Klarna for flexible payment options or instalments. We use Stripe as our official payment gateway.
Privacy & Security

Yes, we follow strict GDPR and HSE standards. All data is encrypted and stored securely on UK or EU Servers.

No, all consultations are fully confidential. We only share information if you ask us to (e.g. sending a cert to your HR or GP).

Yes, just between you and the doctor. No recordings, no third parties.

After the consultation, we will send your documentation to your chosen pharmacy, usually within an hour.

We can provide a referral letter to a specialist or for diagnostic tests, if appropriate.
After Your Appointment

Yes, we treat children over the age of 5, however any patient under the age of 16 must have a parent or legal guardian present for the entire consultation.

You can reschedule for free up to 2 hours before if there are any appointments available. Missed appointments are charged in full.

For now, you must be physically in Ireland during your consultation (this is a legal requirement).

Appointments cannot be made more than 48 hours in advance.
